Dr. Brian Hwang is a highly accomplished neurosurgeon and former U.S. Army Green Beret Medical Sergeant (18D)/Special Operations Combat Medic. He specializes in disorders of the brain, spine, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves, treating conditions such as brain tumors, spinal tumors, degenerative spine diseases, traumatic injuries, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and trigeminal neuralgia. A graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Hwang completed his neurosurgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and holds dual fellowship training in complex spine surgery and functional neurosurgery, with advanced expertise in robotic brain and spine procedures.
