Dr. Sanjum Samagh, a Southern California native and Rancho Bernardo High School valedictorian, has built an impressive career in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. After earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Biology and Biological Sciences from Stanford University, he attended the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine on scholarship, graduating with honors. Dr. Samagh completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, serving as Academic and Administrative Chief Resident. He then pursued a sports medicine fellowship at Northwestern University, training in advanced procedures such as hip arthroscopy and total shoulder replacement. As part of his fellowship, Dr. Samagh served as assistant team physician for the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, and Northwestern University football, and advised the NBA during the Draft Combine. Recognized for his research and compassionate care, Dr. Samagh is dedicated to treating patients of all backgrounds with the highest level of expertise.
