Opening in Q3 2025, DISC Surgery Center at Tarzana brings the future of outpatient spine and orthopedic care to the San Fernando Valley. This custom-built, high-acuity facility will feature three state-of-the-art operating suites equipped with advanced microscopes, surgical navigation, imaging, and robotics—designed to support complex spine procedures, robotic total joint replacements, and a full spectrum of orthopedic and pain management treatments.
Located at the intersection of Ventura Blvd. and Lindley Ave., the new surgery center will occupy the ground floor of a two-story, 19,936-square-foot medical building, with a full-service spine and orthopedic clinic directly above for added convenience and continuity of care. The ASC will house 11 patient beds, including five private preoperative rooms and six PACU bays, all within a thoughtfully designed environment that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and comfort.
As part of the TriasMD network, DISC Tarzana is built on a model that emphasizes motion preservation, minimally invasive techniques, and superior outcomes—all while helping to lower costs. With capacity for over 1,700 cases per year, the center is projected to save patients and payers an estimated $60 million annually compared to traditional hospital settings.
Designed by TriasMD’s executive architect, this next-generation outpatient facility blends modern design with hospital-grade capability. Every detail—from patient flow to visibility and layout—has been engineered to create an elevated outpatient experience, all under the care of some of the world’s top spine and orthopedic surgeons.
Tarzana will be DISC’s sixth ASC in Southern California, joining locations in Marina del Rey, Newport Beach, Thousand Oaks, Valencia, and Carlsbad.
